关于物理理论是否是"永恒不变"的, 早在百年前, 彭加勒在他的一本小册子 (科学与假设? 我记不太清)中就曾讨论过这个问题. 从逻辑上说, 物理理论只具有local validity, 没有必要, 也不可能, 去构造一种"永恒"的理论. 在最谨慎的意义上, 理论只具有归纳价值, 也就是说它很好地用最经济的方式归纳了最多的实验结论.
