the installshield engine (ikernel.exe) could not be launched?

theRPC server is unavailable. 可是明明rpc是打开的

(ikernel.exe) 我也专门重新安装什么的。七七八八。都找不到问题所在。

运行services.msc ,看看 dcom 服务是否启动了
