从系统盘里面移走——同时把一切系统和软件相关设定也指向新的位置。

就是要所有将来新建的用户的目录和新装软件的 Application Data 都自动开到指定盘当中去，改注册表和手工设定每次都是要在系统盘里创建完 profilelist 再搬，不大如意。
